The Business Process Management program is
interested in the various phases of the lifecycle of business processes.
This section is headed by Professor Arthur ter Hofstede, pictured right, and
Professor Michael Rosemann.
Arthur is interested in conceptual and formal aspects of workflow and
conceptual description of electronic services.
Michael is interested in BPM maturity, configurable reference models and modelling in the large among others.
