- Members are currently and continuously involved in BPM projects
- One member per organisation
- Maximum of 40 members
Each event has a specific BPM-related focus
- Call for topics at the end of each meeting
- Short presentations by members

- Pragmatic, current and common problems
- Open and honest discussion
- Involvement of subject matter experts
- More time for discussions than for presentations
- Consolidation of major issues

- One meeting per quarter
- on Thursdays
- individual discussions from 9.00am - 12.00pm
- main discussion from 1.00 - 5.00pm
